ON-GRID SOLAR PV SYSTEMS
Most application of solar PV is grid-connected. Most solar PV systems are installed on buildings or mounted on the bottom of the land isn’t a constraint. For buildings, they are either mounted on the roof or integrated into the building. The latter is additionally referred to as Building Integrated Photovoltaics (“BIPV”). OFF-GRID SOLAR PV SYSTEMS
Off-grid solar PV systems are applicable for areas without a power system.
